Hart ADR, Inc.’s lead neutral is Ross R. Hart, a mediator with significant national experience mediating complex, high-stakes, multi-party construction and construction-related disputes. These include private and public works construction claims (e.g., delay, loss of productivity, unforeseen conditions, extra work, and payment disputes), construction and design defect claims, soils and landslide claims, insurance coverage disputes, product liability class actions, architectural and engineering malpractice claims, real estate agent/broker liability claims, real estate sales, leasing and secured transactions, construction site accident bodily injury claims and other types of business litigation.

Mr. Hart is ranked as a Band 1 Construction Mediator by Chambers and Partners and is widely respected in the industry, having received honors such as “Legend of an Era” from the West Coast Casualty Construction defect community, which includes thousands of attorneys, experts, and claims representatives.

Hart ADR, Inc.’s Vice President of Mediation Services is Jean A. Dalmore, Esq.  Ms. Dalmore brings over thirty years of experience as a civil litigator representing subcontractors, general contractors and design professionals. During her time practicing law, Ms. Dalmore successfully resolved hundreds of cases on behalf of her clients through the mediation process. Ms. Dalmore holds a J.D. from USC Gould School of Law and completed a course on Mediating the Litigated Case at the Strauss Institute for Dispute Resolution at Pepperdine Caruso School of Law.  In addition to her duties as an officer of Hart ADR, Inc., Ms. Dalmore is available to serve as a mediator of construction, professional liability and general liability disputes.
